Depending on the program students may be invited for college entry test and interview to determine academic readiness and placement. Once the application is reviewed and approved, students will receive admission confirmation along with enrollment instructions. Instructions for applicants

Please read the following instructions carefully before submitting your application for admission to any academic program offered by Himalaya College of Nursing & Allied Health Sciences, Mardan. Submission of an application shall constitute the applicant's acknowledgment and acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Applicants are required to ensure that they fully satisfy the prescribed eligibility criteria for the program to which they are applying before submitting an application.

All applicants must prepare and retain clear, complete, and legible scanned copies of all required supporting documents in the prescribed format for online submission.

The online admission application form must be completed accurately, truthfully, and in its entirety. Incomplete applications or applications containing inaccurate information may not be considered for admission.

Applicants shall upload all mandatory documents as specified by the College. Illegible, incomplete, or improperly uploaded documents may result in delays or rejection of the application.

All original academic credentials and supporting documents must be produced at the time of the interview or whenever requested by the College for verification. Failure to produce the original documents may render the applicant ineligible for admission.

Submission of an application, fulfillment of the eligibility criteria, or participation in the admission process shall not, under any circumstances, confer any right or guarantee of admission. Admission shall be granted strictly on merit, availability of seats, and fulfillment of all applicable admission requirements.

Applicants who are offered admission must deposit the prescribed admission application fee and all other applicable dues within the stipulated time-frame. Failure to comply with the prescribed payment schedule may result in automatic cancellation of the admission offer without further notice.

Any false declaration, concealment of material facts, submission of forged, fabricated, altered, or misleading information or documents, or any act of misrepresentation shall constitute sufficient grounds for immediate rejection of the application, cancellation of admission, forfeiture of fees where applicable, and initiation of legal or disciplinary proceedings in accordance with the applicable laws, rules, and regulations.

All applicants and admitted students shall be bound by, and shall comply with, the statutes, rules, regulations, policies, codes of conduct, and decisions of Himalaya College of Nursing & Allied Health Sciences, Mardan, as well as the directives of the Pakistan Nursing & Midwifery Council (PN&MC), Khyber Medical University (KMU), Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Higher Education Regulatory Authority (KPHERA), Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Health Foundation (KPHF), and any other competent regulatory or statutory authority.

The College reserves the absolute right, at its sole discretion, to amend, modify, suspend, interpret, or withdraw any admission policy, eligibility criterion, schedule, fee structure, program offering, or procedural requirement, in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notice, whenever deemed necessary or required by law or regulatory authorities.

Applicants are solely responsible for regularly visiting the official College website, WhatsApp Channel, Facebook and other authorized communication channels to remain informed of admission schedules, merit lists, notices, amendments, announcements, and other official updates. The College shall not be liable for any inconvenience or consequence arising from an applicant's failure to remain informed of such notifications.
